Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 6th, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Smashed Flat uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to improve functionality and user experience.

2. Cookies We Currently Use

Right now, the Service sets only one cookie: a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not currently use preference, advertising, or analytics cookies. Settings like your theme and timezone are saved to your account instead of a cookie, so they follow you across devices.

• Essential cookies (login/session, authentication) - currently in use.
• Preference cookies (e.g. remembering settings in your browser) - not currently used; your preferences are stored on your account.
• Analytics cookies (game performance and usage) - not currently used.

If we start using preference or analytics cookies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy first.

3. Why We Use Cookies

• Keep you logged in

4. Third-Party Cookies

Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare, which we use to help secure the Service (see our Privacy Policy), may set their own cookies or similar technology as part of that protection. These are controlled by Google and Cloudflare, not by us directly.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality, including staying logged in.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.

7. Contact
